A Holy Guacamole Homage and blast to the past... do you see what I see? 🥑 Here's to the magic of that avocado SURPRISE when we're lucky enough to cut into a perfectly ripe and creamy one! Growing up, my sweet Grandma and I would share the occasional halfsies avocado treat. We'd cut one in half, remove the seed, sprinkle sugar on top, and enjoy with a spoon!  🤩  Still sizing up those memories with that perfectly green cutting mat (on her sewing table) smiling back....
And celebrating the Michoacán region of Mexico as the world's leading avocado producer, and Mexico supplying 45% of the international market!  Apparently there are more than 45,000 avocado orchards alone within the "avocado belt" where thanks to the volcanic rock, rainfall, and sunny climate, fruit grows year round 365 days of the year!
