SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150. We use reliable carriers to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Shipping costs for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and handling. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping prices will vary per international destination and size of order- and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Certain items are only available in designated countries.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail us at support@hellofathertime.com with your order number and reason for return. We will e-mail you a return shipping label, and once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange with a followup e-mail.
